As a person raised in North Idaho I have been struck by how many gas stations and small grocers are now managed and staffed by pajeet people. It feels like it happened overnight but really it’s been just over a small number of years. One wonders how and why. Nonetheless, the aesthetics of the store once inside has been completely transformed. It feels like a meth amphetamine fueled version of capitalism. The whole place smells like a grease fryer. The people who work there are unfriendly and unintelligible. It’s all neon signs and trashy products hanging from the ceiling. The lighting is all blue-white. It’s feels like an attack on a sensory input. I find it incredibly offensive. And the fact that they are selected to be politicians as well!? It’s incomprehensible.

I buy cigarettes at an Indian grocery in Moscow but they started the business and keep it clean and are very friendly. Well the [presumably] son who is my age is really friendly, the dad actually doesn't seem particularly outgoing, but the son is like a funny fat guy
