Damn sad that Vice.com is closing, or rather dropping a lot of staff and transforming into something else. I've wonderful memories of many episodes, and huge respect for the lady investigators - Hind Hassan, Isobel Yeung, and Paola Ramos.
Once upon a time, Vice was honest, and showed the dark side of Ukraine, but when the war started, they did a 180 degree as if another news channel. I was so disappointed at the sellout. Nevertheless, I still occasionally found something interesting to watch.
A big loss will be the documentaries Suroosh Alvi featured on The Short List. Before they vanish, watch:
