In this week’s Dispatches from Clown World we go over the EU Parliamentary elections, where the Mandarin class which has always led that body suffered a crushing defeat, most of all in France. What does this mean for Europe? Perhaps not much in and of itself, but there are a lot of elections coming up and it is a gauge of the public mood.
It was a big week for other Clown World topics as well, we have: Khan’s wife’s mensies, Biden in Normandy, Spokane Pride Mural [which was vandalized yet again!], Miss Alabama/Mr. Maryland, French Intellectuals Against Trump, Monument Fascist, and Frack Ukraine/A Country for Old Men.
