This week on Dispatches from Clown World we dive into the discourse about James Hetfield of Metallica doing some banal crowd work much to the chagrin of a segment of the public in an era where all is political. How did we get to this point where we’re not allowed to enjoy anything because either it has to come with idiotic internet left wing views or it gets attacked for not expressing them? The answer is, of course, Reddit, that great scourge of modernity.
